This program is teaching life skills to youth in learning how to sew and make leather goods. From the pictures and videos that I’ve seen, the investment Mrs. Simon, the owner of The Gaspy Group is making is monumental. These life skills can’t ever be taken away. Having the opportunity to speak to the youth and their families is an honor that I never take litely.

I have the fortunate opportunity to speak into the lives of Northside High School’s amazing teachers. I’ll be speaking on the power of their “Why.” When a teacher understands the importance of their “why” and it’s importance in impacting the lives of the youth, great things are accomplished. I’m super excited as teachers hold such an integral role in shaping thier future.

I have the fortunate opportunity to speak at Northside High School to all the teachers before school starts on the power of their “Why.” To drive home the point I’ll be touching on the “Nail, The Hammer and The Mallet.” When a teacher understands what’s in their toolbelt to help build and construct the minds of their students, it changes their perspective on just how important their role is. This talk is meant to provide motivation for the upcoming school year and beyond.

Through the years these 5 have stuck with me because no matter how many new […]

180° X 360° – This Isn’t Math, It’s Leadership

How I Lost The Job, The Car and Just About Everything Else

An equation of leadership. One of the most important lessons I learned is that life is a series of choices.  Where we as people miss the mark sometimes, is thinking we have to make choices independent of intelligent council.  I’m not speaking of choices on whether to eat red or green Skittles but those choices […]
